The Regina Perinatal Health Network (RPHN) is committed to creating easier access to treatment and support for women/birthing people in the community who are experiencing a Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).
As a branch of the Regina Early Learning Centre we believe that healthy communities start when all children and families are thriving and have the support and services they need to meet their full potential.
With the support of the South Saskatchewan Community Foundation, we are able to offer a broad range of support to new families. Together we will improve the health of our community for years to come
Navigating the perinatal period can be challenging. Between preparing for the birth of a new child and finding the support you need during the postpartum period, we focus on providing education and empowerment to improve the health of new parents in our community.
With a strong emphasis on mental health and assisting women/birthing people in accessing effective treatment for Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMAD's) like Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, we do more than provide referrals.
At the Regina Perinatal Health Network, we build relationships that serve as the basis for the coordination of comprehensive treatment for perinatal mental illness
In our effort to ensure our community has clear pathways to education, treatment and support during the perinatal period, we have compiled some helpful resources for your review.
The support and services provided at the Regina Perinatal Health Network would not be possible without the generous support from our community. We would like to thank those who have supported us thus far. If you feel passionate about improving perinatal health here in Regina, please consider making a donation today.
