Mom & Kids Health Saskatchewan provides health care for moms and kids in Saskatchewan, supporting their health and well-being as close to home as possible and is part of the Sask Health Authority. This includes the provincial Maternal Wellness Program. Referral to the program is made through your local public health nurse. Once enrolled in the program, a mental health professional will provide support to you by telephone.
Mother May I is a Saskatoon non-profit whose goal is to spread awareness of perinatal mental health and offer support to parents experiencing Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders. They offer peer-support services in collaboration with other Saskatoon organizations, as well as sponsorship for subsidized counselling.

Pacific Postpartum Support Society has been supporting mothers and their families experiencing postpartum/perinatal distress, depression and anxiety for over 45 years. The program started in 1971 as a grassroots initiative when a small group of women began meeting at the Vancouver Crisis Line office to share their experiences and support each other around postpartum issues.
